COVID-19 Stress Recovery & Resilience

You may be experiencing pandemic related stress. Are you ready to shift habits that developed during the pandemic & increase resilience?

Find relief with 8 weeks of yoga therapy for COVID-19 stress recovery and resilience.

All levels welcome – no experience required. Gentle chair-support classes.
Registration due by November 15th, 2021. Registration includes private pre and post therapeutic “get to know you” and “goals” sessions with me, 8 weekly themed group classes, worksheets, videos, self-care toolkit, and much more.
