INTRODUCTION TO THE TAI CHI CANE
Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 from 11am – 7pm (Eastern US Time)
YANG 8 TAI CHI FORM
Tuesday July 28, 2026 from 12noon – 8pm (Eastern US Time)
BOTH WORKSHOPS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM
This is an Introduction to the Tai Chi Cane Workshop. We apply the cane to
the Yang 8 Tai Chi Form. It is not required to be familiar with the Yang 8
Tai Chi Form, but will be helpful. It is encouraged to take the Yang 8
workshop if you are not familiar with it. It is not necessary that you plan on
taking the Cane workshop to attend the Yang 8. These are separate, but
companion workshops.
You will need a wood cane with a hook at the end.
These are pay-as-you-are able events. The Introduction to the Cane
Workshop has a suggested donation of $100. The Yang 8 Workshop is
$50. If you plan on attending both, there is a $25 discount.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to work out in.
