On April 30th, they held a fundraiser for their trip. We had a potluck dinner, silent auction, and a kilt fashion show! Eleven (11) brave men wore kilts (many for the first time) and made their way along the runway! The models included the pastor, the local school superintendent, a firefighter, and other respected gentlemen of the community. The musical entertainment for the evening was a local bagpiper, who is a friend of Mike’s. The two had played together with the Shamrock Club of Columbus Pipes and Drums . The two hadn’t seen each other in several years.
