Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to find a deeper level of self and learning to stand in their own power. Utilizing research-based and scientifically-informed ancient practices of movement, breath, mindfulness, daily habits, and self-discovery, yoga therapy inspires balance, resilience, and a deepening sense of fulfilment through one’s life purpose/calling/dharma. Working in partnership with one’s own body, yoga therapy provides a gradual progression towards improved health and wellbeing

How is yoga therapy different from a regular yoga class or a private session?

Yoga therapy can be offered one-on-one or in a group setting but the key difference between a regular yoga class and yoga therapy session is the opportunity for ongoing assessment and personalized attention to individual lifestyle and wellness goals.

Take the next step towards health – ask me about upcoming group and private yoga therapy sessions where you set the pace of your journey towards improved health and well-being.
